We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However:
• Product images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
• Product dimensions are approximate.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
• We are not the manufacturer of any product — we are a curated retailer.
3. Pricing
All prices on kyndcubs.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order on kyndcubs.com constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
• Pricing errors
• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraud
• Inability to verify delivery address
Payment must be made at checkout or on delivery (COD). We do not accept partial payments outside of EMI plans offered at checkout.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
