Every product is selected because it genuinely engages children — helping them learn and grow — while giving parents the breathing room they need to work, rest, or recharge.

We follow a 4-step curation process: (1) Research — we scan hundreds of productfs from verified manufacturers. (2) Safety — we verify BIS certification and non-toxic materials. (3) Child Testing — real children test the product for genuine engagement. (4) Curation — we only keep products kids engage with for an average of 15+ minutes. If a product doesn't pass all four steps, it doesn't make it to KyndCubs.

Every product on KyndCubs is labelled with the recommended age range. You can also shop by age using the filters on our collection page — 0–12 months, 1–3 years, 3–5 years, and 5–8 years. Each product description explains exactly what developmental skills the toy builds, so you know it's right before you buy.

That's the whole point of KyndCubs. We only stock toys that passed real-child engagement testing — products that children consistently play with independently for at least 15 minutes. If a toy loses a child's interest quickly, it doesn't make our catalogue.

We accept all major payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, all major digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. Prepaid orders get an additional 5% discount automatically at checkout.

Most KyndCubs orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) typically receive orders in 2–4 days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take up to 7 days. You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies. We deliver pan-India.

We'll raise a complaint with the courier and resolve it within 3–5 business days.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, WhatsApp us at +91 7509802310 with your order number and reason for return. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (2–3 business days after pickup), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer — we'll collect your details via WhatsApp.
