We want every Kynd Cubs purchase to be something you are genuinely happy with. If it is not, here is our policy.
Return window
You may return most products within 7 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Products not eligible for return
• Personalised products (name puzzles, custom items) — unless there is a manufacturing defect or we made an error
• Products that have been used, assembled, or had their packaging damaged
• Products returned after 7 days from delivery
• Digital products or downloadable content
How to initiate a return
Step 1: WhatsApp us at +91 75098 02310 with your order number and a clear photo of the product.
Step 2: We will confirm your return is eligible and schedule a free pickup from your address within 2 business days.
Step 3: Our courier partner will collect the product. Keep the original packaging for return.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product (1–2 business days), we will process your refund.

Damaged or defective products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.
WhatsApp us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a replacement within 1–2 business days.
Wrong product received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, WhatsApp us immediately. We will dispatch the correct product and arrange pickup of the wrong item — all at our cost.
