We ship Pan-India to all states and union territories. International shipping is not currently available.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message and email with your tracking link. Tracking updates in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us.
Delays and exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
• Natural events — floods, cyclones, or other force majeure situations
• Public holidays in source or destination states
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address (please double-check at checkout)
• Pin code not serviceable by our logistics partner
If a delay exceeds the estimated timeline by more than 3 days, please contact us and we will investigate. We will reship or refund if the delivery cannot be completed.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, WhatsApp us within 48 hours. We will raise a courier investigation. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund immediately.
