Tracking shows no update for 24+ hours This sometimes happens when the parcel is in transit between hubs. Wait one more day — if still stuck, WhatsApp us.

Shows delivered but I haven't received it Check with neighbours or building security first. Then WhatsApp us within 48 hours with your order number — we'll investigate immediately.

Parcel returned to sender This usually happens if delivery was attempted 3 times unsuccessfully. WhatsApp us and we'll reship at no extra charge (prepaid orders).
